This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through zfoldcasepro.com.

  • UK: 4-8 business days
  • Europe: 6-12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 8-15 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

We use reliable carriers including YunExpress, 4PX, Cainiao, USPS, Royal Mail, and La Poste depending on your location.

Customs & Duties

Your order may incur import duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please verify your address before completing your order. We are not responsible for reshipping fees or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Change of Address

Cancellations

Tracking

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If delivery occurred without your presence, contact us for next steps.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Please contact your local courier first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
