We offer a 7-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return within this timeframe.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at contact@zfoldprotect.com to begin the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label
- Step-by-step instructions for sending the item back

Note: Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Single-use products (e.g., screen protectors)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original first. Once it’s approved, you can place a new order separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days — no explanation needed. Items must remain unused and in their original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It might take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and display the refund.
