Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- Unused, unworn, with original packaging and any included tags
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately upon delivery. Include photos if possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return:
- Single-use items like screen protectors
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards

Exchanges
To make an exchange, return the original item first. Once approved, you can place a new order separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.
